Entry #10 Too Good At Goodbyes

Hey guys, welcome back :)

As I'm sure you all know, the semesters finally coming to an end (woot woot *throws confetti*). But unfortunately, that means blogging is coming to an end as well :/ (unwoot unwoot *picks up confetti*). So I'd thought it would only be appropriate for the final blog to be a reflection type of thing, you know? A quick recap of the semester, and a solid goodbye to blogging :)

When I first started blogging, I highly doubted that I'd actually like it. I'm a reader, not a writer. But why was this actually kind of fun? I mean all I really did was just talk. It wasn't too complicated or time consuming, it doesn't take a million resources, you can write them literally whenever, and I honestly really enjoyed it. Just voicing my thoughts and opinions on random topics, and then reading other people's thoughts and opinions on those same topics. It was almost therapeutic for me, you know? I loved how it highlights how different everyone is, how different everyone thinks. It's actually quite surreal.

This semester honestly went by kind of fast. It literally feels like it was just  yesterday that summer had officially ended and it was time to go back to school all over again. This was my very first semester in college, and it wasn't too bad at all! Nice teachers, never too overwhelmed, managed to turn in like 95% of my work on time, and the best part; I didn't have a single mental break down the entire time! And if that's not something to celebrate, then I don't know what is.

But let's focus; blogs. What I really appreciate about blogs is the fact that it's kind of like a diary, but instead of personal feelings, we discussed un-personal feelings. Broad topics that anyone could learn about. Doesn't matter your age, your religion, your political views, if you're male, female, neither, or somewhere in between, blogs are for everybody. Just like books. It's like the target audience is literally anyone. It's all virtual so there's no fear of being honest, or fear of being judged either. It's like a little dip into the mind of the writer. I think it's a beautiful concept. I enjoyed reading others blogs, as I hoped they enjoyed reading mine :) I've learned a lot, and not only did I get some good book recommendations, but I also good some good movie, show, and even song recommendations as well!

Overall, an easy 10/10 from me. Not a single thing I would change. It honestly makes me feel a type of way that it's officially time to say goodbye - very bittersweet. But I'll be back soon, so I'm not too worried ;)

Welp guys, that's all I got. Thank you for reading my blogs. This was fun! See you guys next tim- Oh, actually I guess I won't. ☹ Still, stay safe, enjoy the rest of year, Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year (in advance), and have a great next semester. Byeeee :)

  1. Hey, I thought I would not like the blogs either, but they've kind of grown on me. I kind of of think they were fun. Have a great break and next semester!
